Originally from Hamilton ON, Chandra Rice has just relocated her life and her studios to The Cedars – a gorgeous cottage property on Crowe Bay. A practicing full time artist and art teacher, Chandra’s work often encourages people to interact with it, rearrange it, participate with it, and become part of it. She’ll be bringing a different selection of her work to the Campbellford market each time she comes.
When she’s not making art herself, Chandra offers workshops that introduce people to new art forms like bookbinding, eco-printing, wet-felting, bath-bomb making, and ceramics. She also runs weekend long retreats for those who want a fuller experience. Visit beetlebarrow.ca to learn more about her workshops and retreats.
